Children's data, treated like it matters
A school system holds children's names, birthdays and photographs, and their parents' phone numbers. We built Eduvo assuming that data will one day be audited — because it should be.
Every school's data is isolated from every other school's. Every action — a fee edited, a mark entered, a certificate issued — lands in an audit log the software itself cannot alter. Backups are encrypted and restore-tested, not just taken. Logins lock after repeated failures, and parents never handle passwords at all.
And it's your data: leave anytime and we hand you a complete export.

Our office staff aren't technical. Honestly — will they manage?
If they can use WhatsApp, they can use Eduvo. The screens are built for school offices, not IT departments, and founding schools get in-person training in Malayalam until everyone is comfortable.
We have years of records in registers and Excel. What happens to them?
We migrate your students, classes and fee structure into Eduvo for you before day one. You start with your school already inside, not an empty system.
What do parents need to do?
Open the app and enter the OTP sent to their phone — no passwords, no registration. They see their child's attendance, homework, report cards, receipts and school announcements.
What does it cost?
Founding-school pricing depends on your student count and is locked in for as long as you stay. Message us your school size on WhatsApp and you'll get the exact figure — no follow-up calls unless you ask.
What if we stop using it?
You get a complete export of everything — students, fees, marks, the lot. Your records were yours before Eduvo and they stay yours after.
